Cancellation or rebooking by the customer is only valid in writing. For cancellations up to 10 days before the start of the event, you will be charged 50% of the fee; for cancellations later than that, you will be charged the full fee. A substitute participant can be nominated free of charge before the event.

The number of participants is limited. Seminar spots will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis. If there are too few registrations, we reserve the right to cancel the seminar no later than one month before the event begins. We ask for your understanding.
